Q: Where do the sessions take place?
A: Sessions take place at the location of your choice (Please be considerate of the distance). Your session can be done indoors or outdoors. If you do not have a location, I can make some recommendations.
Q: My dog is very energetic and can be difficult to control. Can you still do a session with him/her?
A: I love working with all types of fur babies. However, taking your pet to the session's location 15 minutes prior to it beginning allows him/her to explore the area and all the scents. This will help your fur baby focus a little better. My goal is to capture their personality.
Q: Can a session be done with my dog on a leash?
A: I understand that some fur babies need to be on a leash at all times when we are not in a fenced in area. That's not a problem! The leash can be edited out.
Q: What if it's raining or snowing on the day of our scheduled session?
A: If we are doing an outdoor session and the forecast calls for average to heavy rain or snow we can connect that morning and reschedule if you would like (there are no refunds for bad weather). However, some really fun sessions can be done in light snow and rain.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: The session fee is due at the time booking the session to hold your place on the calendar and is non-refundable, except in the unfortunate situation that a pet passes away.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for the session?
A: Once you book your session, I will send two reminders. In your second reminder, I will send information about what to expect and anything you may need to bring to help make it an awesome session for you, your pets and your family.
